Please bring your insurance card.
You sign in at the reception and take a numbered ticket from the ticket machine. In the waiting area a screen will show your number when you are called up.
We ask you for your understanding if in some cases patients with more urgent medical problems may be called up ahead of you.
The medical services of mediX toujours are covered by all Swiss health and accident insurance. We invoice in accordance with the official Swiss insurance tariffs.
If you bring a valid health insurance card, we can settle the invoice electronically directly with most Swiss health insurance companies. If applicable your insurance will bill you for any co-payments.
Patients without a valid Swiss health insurance card:
Please pay for the medical services at the end of your consultation. We accept all major credit cards and cash. We provide detailed documentation so that you can claim reimbursement from your health insurance.
On request we can provide a medical report of your consultation for your family doctor.
